Hong Kong has been gripped by huge and at times violent protests since the extradition bill was first introduced in June.
The unrest has seen millions of people took to the street to pressure the government to withdraw the bill and respond to the “five demands”.
Her name is Angela Chan. She’s a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, or SENCO.
In 2015, the Education Bureau introduced the position of SENCO as part of a 3-year pilot project under the Community Care Fund. Angela was one of 124 teachers from primary and secondary schools to take part.
